To ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-managed environment for all patients and visitors, we kindly request everyone to follow the guidelines below:

Valid ID proof is mandatory at the time of admission.

Complete and accurate patient details must be provided.

Admission formalities and advance deposit must be completed as per hospital policy.

Visiting hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM only.

Only one visitor is allowed per patient at a time.

Children are not allowed during visiting hours.

Visitors are not permitted in ICU or other restricted areas without prior permission.

Birth and Death Certificate-related inquiries and collection are available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM only.

Kindly visit the MRD (Medical Records Department) Room on the 3rd Floor.

Required documents must be submitted as per hospital policy.

Outside food is strictly not allowed inside the hospital premises.

Patients will be provided meals as per their prescribed diet plan.

Maintain cleanliness within hospital premises.

Follow infection control protocols as advised by hospital staff.

Smoking, tobacco, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.

All payments must be made directly at the hospital billing counter.

The hospital does not provide cashless insurance facility.

Bills must be cleared before discharge as per hospital policy.

Kindly keep mobile phones on silent mode.

Avoid loud conversations to maintain a peaceful environment.

Please take care of your personal belongings.

The hospital management will not be responsible for loss of valuables.
